Terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of Velaris, a demonstration agile project-management application. The service is provided “as is” for demo and portfolio purposes only.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must use a valid email address you control.

You must not misuse the demo (abuse, illegal content, attempts to disrupt infrastructure, scraping at scale, or unauthorized access). The publisher may suspend or delete accounts without notice.

Any subscription or checkout flow uses Stripe in test mode only. No real payments are processed and no paid commercial service is sold through this demo.

Optional GitHub / GitLab linking and project integrations are subject to those providers’ own terms. Velaris only requests the permissions needed for the demo features.

No uptime, support, or fitness-for-purpose warranty is provided. Features may change or disappear. Data loss is possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for damages arising from use of this demo, including loss of data or inability to access the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. The publisher may reset the environment or delete accounts as part of operating the demo.
