Privacy policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Purpose

This policy explains how personal data is processed in the Velaris demo application. It is a simplified notice for a non-production demo, not a full commercial GDPR compliance package.

Data collected

Account data: email, name, password (stored hashed by the backend), optional two-factor authentication settings.

Application content you create: organizations, projects, tasks, comments, and related collaboration data.

Technical data: session cookies, locale preference, and operational logs useful to run and secure the demo.

Purposes

Provide authentication and the demo features; send transactional emails (e.g. password reset, invitations) via Resend; monitor errors via Sentry; process test-mode subscriptions via Stripe (no real charges).

Processors / external services

Vercel (frontend hosting), Render (API hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), Sentry (error monitoring), Stripe in test mode only (no real payments), GitHub and/or GitLab when you link an account or configure project integrations.

Data is not sold. Access is limited to operating this demo.

Retention

Data is kept for the lifetime of the demo environment. Accounts or content may be deleted at any time as part of maintenance or a reset of the demo.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting adrien.lorin@laposte.net, or by using in-app account deletion features when available.

Cookies

Essential cookies are used for the session and security (including CSRF). A locale cookie may store your language preference. No advertising trackers are used by this demo.
